Thank you for your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our knives and want you to be fully satisfied. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unsharpened, and in original condition, including all original packaging. Any knife showing signs of use, sharpening, modification, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Clearance or final-sale items
Gift cards
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a knife that is defective or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Process:
Email us at studer335@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds:
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at studer335@gmail.com.
